Vaults

Vaults

A burial vault is an enclosure that surrounds the casket when it is put into the ground. Typically made of concrete or steel, outer burial containers are not required as per federal law but may be required on a cemetery to cemetery basis. The main purpose of the outer burial vault is to protect the casket from the elements inside the ground as well as any heavy equipment that could pass on top of the grave during maintenance or another burial. It also helps the ground above the casket to stay level, preventing it from sinking in. We are proud to offer a large variety of burial vaults for families to choose from, serving a wide variety of preferences and budgets. If you have any questions about the vaults below, we encourage you to call us.
