Obituary for Gary Edward "Jock" Jenkins

Gary Edward "Jock"  Jenkins
Gary E. “Jock” Jenkins, 64, of Stephens City, died Sunday, April 9, 2017, at Virginia Hospital Center of Arlington, VA.
Jock was born on October 29, 1952, in Winchester; the son of the late Edward Eugene Jenkins and the late Mayola Orndorff Jenkins. He worked for over 30 years as a plant supervisor with Superior Iron Works.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Elizabeth “Lisa” Pugh Jenkins.
He married Teresa Lockhart on April 2, 2006 in Winchester.
Along with his beloved wife, Teresa Jenkins, he is survived by his children, Nick Jenkins of Stephens City, Nathan Jenkins of Middletown, and Thomas Jenkins of Harpers Ferry, WV; step children, Kelley Smith of Stephens City, Tracey Stapleton of Stephens City and Jason Lockhart of Inwood, WV; two sisters, Kathryn Meade of Richmond, VA and Linda Grim of Stephens City; and eleven grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a sister, Sarah Johnson.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, April 15, 2017 from 2-6 p.m. at Middletown Fire Hall, 7855 Main Street, Middletown, VA.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Middletown Fire and Rescue, P.O. Box 111, Middletown, VA 22645.
