Obituary for Yvette Joan McCann
Yvette McCann, 88, passed away peacefully on Christmas morning at Spring Arbor of Winchester.
Yvette was born February 7, 1930, in Ottawa, Canada to Wilford and Eva Lepine.
For over 30 years, Yvette worked at the Canadian Embassy in Washington D.C. Throughout her life, her fondest memories included Sundays with the girls watching Redskins games, several vacations with family, crossword puzzles, and her famous roast beef dinners. Her sense of humor and exuberant personality will be sincerely missed by all who knew her.
Yvette is survived by her four children, Patrick, Karen, Michael, and Stephen; her sister, Barbara; six grandchildren, Katie, Jennifer, Sarah, Brian, Emily, and Micaela and two great-grandchildren, Scarlet and Rowan.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Willis McCann; and brother, George Lepine.
