Condolences

Condolence From: Denise Andriola
Condolence: Both of my boys wrestled with Emory on Handley's wrestling team. I remember cheering for Emory and all of the wrestlers. I remember that he wore bright colored wrestling shoes or sometimes he would mismatch the color of his wrestling shoes on purpose. I am so very sorry to learn of the tremendous loss of Emory. He is gone much too early. My thoughts are with Emory and his family during this most difficult time.

Condolence: You may not remember me, but I was Emory's kindergarten teacher at Sycamore Park. What a bright and fun boy! It's funny how there are some that shine in your memories. He does! Please accept my sincere condolences and love to the Rodgers family.

Condolence From: Kris S,
Condolence: There's not really anything anyone can say to ease the pain of the loss of a loved one. There simply are no words when it involves one's child. I'm praying for Emory's mom, Lesa, and other loved ones and hoping all of you will find comfort in knowing people genuinely care and grieve with you. God bless all of you. <><

Condolence: I am so very sorry to learn of Emorys passing. He was such a sweet guy every time I talked with him. He and my son were good friends - "The kid in the next neighborhood." He certainly was a humble fighter and I so admired that about him.

Condolence From: Angie Combs
Condolence: My deepest condolences for your loss. No words or condolences are sufficient to take away your pain and for that I am truly sorry. May time mend your broken hearts. My son, Isaiah Myers, went to Handley and wrestled with Emory. I am certain I have met Emory at wrestling events. While I did not personally know him I can say that for my son, he made such an impact. Emory was my son's first friend at Handley when he moved here as a sophomore. I cried when I dropped him off wondering how he would get through the day not knowing a soul. Only for him to come home to tell me how great his day was and that he made some friends, Emory being the first one. Emory encouraged my son to wrestle as well. For that and his friendship to my son I am grateful. Emory was a true friend when my son had none and in these days that speaks volumes. He will be forever remembered in the hearts of many and especially holds a special place with my son. May you be granted all the peace and comfort necessary through this difficult time.
