Thomas Jefferson Kimble, Jr., “Tommy”, 70, of Winchester, died Tuesday, November 28, 2017 at Winchester Medical Center.

Tommy was born September 25, 1947 the son of the late, Thomas and Goldie Bean Kimble. He served his country in the Army during the Vietnam War. He worked at Tire Distributers as an auto mechanic.

He married Sheila Diane Niece Kimble on June 28, 1986 in Winchester. She preceded him in death June 19, 2015.

He is survived by his daughter, Jennifer Frew of Jacksonville, FL; a son Jeffrey Bush of St. Augustine, FL; a sister, Anna Sherrill and her husband Allen of Charlotte, NC and five grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Joann Morrison in 2003.

A visitation will be Thursday, November 30, 2017 from 6-8 p.m. at Jones Funeral Home in Winchester. A graveside service will be held on Friday, December 1, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at Mount Hebron Cemetery with Pastor Bobby Alger officiating.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Blue Ridge Hospice Patient Care Fund, 333 W. Cork Street, Winchester, VA 22601.
