Joyce A. Cooper, 78, of Berryville, died Thursday, January 13, 2022.
Mrs. Cooper was born October 23, 1943 in Frederick County; the daughter of the late Silas B. Fincham and Alice Golliday Fincham.
Her husband Toby Cooper preceded her in death.
She is survived by her sons, Robert Lee Miller and Thomas William Miller both of Winchester; four brothers, James Fincham of Winchester, Eddie Fincham of Stephens City, Tommy Fincham of Kernstown, and Jerry Fincham of Middletown; four sisters, Doris Wilson of Stephenson, Carol Riley of Winchester, Ruby Lopez of Stephens City, and Betty Jo Higgs of Winchester; and two grandchildren.
Services will be private.
