Obituary for Patricia Garber Biggs (Garber)
Patricia G. Biggs, 91, of Winchester, passed away peacefully, July 29, 2022 with her son, Christopher by her side.
Mrs. Biggs was born May 21, 1931, in Winchester; daughter of the late Charles Eli Garber and Nora Lee Spitzer Garber.
Mrs. Biggs married Staff Sergeant Cassell Biggs, May 25, 1951, in Frederick, MD.
She is survived by her children, Chip Biggs of Winchester, Steve Biggs of Nashville, TN, and Christopher Biggs of Winchester; two granddaughters, Jessie B. Kellogg (Douglas) of Lynchburg, VA, and Grace N. Biggs (Brock) of Nashville, TN; and her great grandson, Asher David Kellogg.
Mrs. Biggs was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Cassell, March 18, 1988; eight brothers and three sisters. She was the last member of her immediate family.
Pallbearers will be Chip Biggs, Steve Biggs, Christopher Biggs, David Garber, Douglas Kellogg, and Jeffrey Owens.
All services will be private. Pastor Kevin Mincey of Winchester Grace Brethren Church will officiate.
With heartfelt thank you and deepest gratitude to Whitney Brandt, Jeffrey Owens, Makhailah Owens, and Ann Garber for all their love given to our mother over the years.
The family would also like to thank Blue Ridge Hospice for the excellent care and support given to our mother during the last months of her illness.
