Obituary for William Myron Gillam
William M. Gillam was called home to our Heavenly Father on Thursday, May 7, 2020.
Mr. Gillam, also known as Billy, was born January 17, 1940 in Petersburg, OH. He was the son of the late Myron T. Gillam and Ruth Brick Gillam.
He served in the US Navy for 7 years. During that time he met and married Leonor on August 21, 1965 in Arlington, VA.
Along with his wife, he is survived by his sons, Chris and Steven Gillam, and several grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son, Theodore Gillam.
Billy was a godly, hardworking, and loving man! He was a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather and loved his family dearly. He will be loved and missed always.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2020 at 12:30 pm at Quantico National Cemetery.
