Dad you and me

I so remember the times in Germany. You will never know how homrsick I was for so many years. I missed Oma and Opa so much, the Aunts and Uncles, and the weekends we spent for traditional Sunday dinners at Oma' s house. She was the best gpulash, zwetzschen kuchen maker ever. I missed the cousins and we played grocery store, hide amd seek, cards with Jurgen amd peter and they always told me the object of the game was who held the most cards at the end of the game was the winner.lol Christmases in Germany were like no other. Christmas eve had a special smell and feel from the real candles burning on the christmas tree like no other. I never shared thos losses, because I could tell it was hard on ypu, and you missed them too. Canada was a new place and start for us both, but nothing felt the same ever again. i treasure those days with family forever. there was always so much fun and laughter.
