Irene Geraldine "Irene"  Sullivan (Furlough)
Irene G. Sullivan, 95, of Falls Church, VA passed away on Thursday, October 5, 2017 in Clarke County, VA at the home of her son.
She was born in Williamson County, Tennessee on August 30, 1922; the daughter of Charlie Milton and Bertha Stapp Furlough.
She married Leon York Sullivan on Dec 5, 1942 in Franklin, Tennessee. He preceded her in death on October 13, 1984.
Surviving are her children, Shirley Ann Miller (William) of Maurertown, VA, David Charles Sullivan of McKinney, Texas, Gina Sullivan (Stephen B. Surber, II) of Winchester and Patrick Brian Sullivan (Cheri Martinez) of Clarke Co, VA, six grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
The family will have a celebration of life at a later date in Quantico National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Blue Ridge Hospice, 333 West Cork Street, Winchester, VA.
