We were so sorry to hear of Mrs. Bettendorf's passing. Our families have known each other for longer than I can remember, and Mrs. Bettendorf was a good friend of my mother over the years. We so very much appreciated her frequent visits to my mother's assisted living facility these past few years. Due to an out-of-town commitment this weekend, we won't be able to attend Mrs. Bettendorf's funeral, but please know that your family is in our thoughts during this difficult time.
