With my deepest and sincere sympathy.My heart felt love,she was such a sweet and kind person.I meet Silvana many years ago,flying with her.Always soft spoken and a kind smile never heard a mean thing about her.I left UAL in 2007,but when I heard she was gone,it was like a void was in my heart, even through I had not seen her in a few years,the memory of her is still deep in my heart,such a beautiful person gone but not forgotten.God bless the family and may the peace of God be with you at this time.Remember this that weeping may endure for the night but joy comes in the morning. Remember that beautiful person was a wife,a mother,and most of all a dear and sweet lady.She will surely be missed.
