Silvana will always be remembered for her beautiful smile and kind heart. I remember she was always taking a little something for her family and friends in Amsterdam. Even though she had just spent her time working a full flight and the rest of the crew went to take a nap, she was out the door to see her family. I always admired her vitality and dedication to her job and especially her family. She will be missed but not forgotten. Your family will be in my prayers as you mourn her passing.
