My condolence to the family. I have had the pleasure of flying with Silvana many times over the past few years, and it was always a pleasure to see her beautiful smile and listen to her laughter. On our last trip flying together recently, it warms my heart to know that I had a chance to give her a big hug and told her that I loved her. May she rest in peace,and I pray that God continue to lift the family up in prayer.
